Book 1-1 Coaching​

A 1:1 Coaching session offers clarity, reflection, and practical guidance for moments of transition or challenge.

It is designed for phases in which decisions need to be made, motivation is needed, or a neutral perspective brings new understanding.

Each session provides space for listening and honest conversation. The process supports self-reflection, awareness and the ability to take intentional steps forward. The work with Humanology gives you a way of understanding how your energy, emotions and inner patterns shape your life, allowing you to work with the deeper layers that influence your relationships, your decisions and the direction you want to grow.

Depending on personal needs, single sessions or monthly packages (4 Weeks, 3 Months, 6 Months) can be booked.

Things You May Like to Know Before You Book​

Each session lasts 60 minutes and takes place online via Zoom or in Person where Kristina is currently located.

If you are in a moment of transition or facing a personal challenge and want reflection, motivation, or structure, coaching can bring clarity and direction.

Both are possible. You can begin with one session or choose between monthly packages for deeper continuity and support.

The session is a space for listening, reflection, and dialogue. Coaching tools, Tools of Yoga Therapy and questions are used to gain clarity, perspective, and concrete next steps.

No special preparation or experience is needed. You may reflect beforehand on what feels most relevant to talk about at this time.
