200-Hour Certification

The 200-Hour KIJU YOGA Teacher Training offers a profound foundation in the philosophy of Yoga and practice of Kundalini Yoga.

It is an inner process that combines daily morning sadhana, movement trough repetitive asanas (body postures), shaking, dancing, mantra chanting, meditation, reflection, silence, and group sharing. The training builds awareness of how energy moves through the body, how consciousness expands through discipline, and how yogic principles can be integrated into everyday life.

Participants learn to guide classes with saftey and confidence, to hold energetic space, project their own voice and energy, and to support others through their own presence and human understanding.

The certification follows the international 200-hour standard of yoga teacher education and represents a comprehensive foundation for teaching Kundalini Yoga with depth and integrity.

After completing the training, participants continue their learning through a period of integration. Within 6 months, each participant is asked to complete practical assignments, teaching their own Kundalini Yoga classes, attending other classes, and engaging in voluntary service as part of their personal growth. After submitting these reflections and practical hours, participants receive the final certification, which qualifies them to teach Kundalini Yoga independently and to share the practice in their own authentic way.

At KIJU YOGA, we believe that a true teacher can only share what has been personally experienced and understood. No certificate can define what each of us is meant to bring into this world. This training is less about earning a title and more about the willingness, understanding, and intention to explore Kundalini Yoga deeply, and to share these teachings with passion and in service to humanity. First, to oneself, then, to others.
