CRYSTAL ISLAND RETREAT

Rebirth of the Soul

Koh Phangan – Thailand
09.09.2026 – 16.09.2026

A 7-night retreat experience for women, rooted in spiritual practice, inner transformation, and shared life in community, held on one of Southeast Asia’s most powerful and unique islands, that has carried seekers, healers, and mystics for generations.

THE ESSENCE

The Crystal Island Retreat is an creative inner journey guided by 7 planetary days, dedicated to spiritual practice, personal transformation, and connection within a carefully held group.

Across the week, participants enter a structured, nourishing and spacious retreat container that brings together daily Kundalini Yoga sadhana, group systemic family constellation work, ceremonies, and time lived close to nature and the sea.

This retreat is created for women who feel drawn to explore themselves beyond traditional concepts, through lived experience, continuity of spiritual practice, and honest encounter, with themselves, with others, and with what needs to be seen.

Throughout the week, we open a creative station where hands are free to craft, express, write, and shape personal belongings that accompany the inner process.

THE ISLAND

Koh Phangan is known as an island of transformation. Many experience change simply by arriving here.

The island carries a depth that is difficult to put into words. It has a natural way of bringing inner themes, unresolved patterns, and questions to the surface. What is ready to be seen often reveals itself without being forced. What is ready to heal finds movement through being on this land alone.

At the same time, Koh Phangan holds lightness, beauty, joy, and vitality. Life unfolds close to the different elements: the sea, the jungle, the magical sunrise and sunsets, the open clear sky under bright shining stars, as the transforming rain, creating a rhythm that supports both depth, ease, purification and cleanse.

The Crystal Island Retreat is shaped by this field and it is a unique atmosphere.

WHY CRYSTAL ISLAND

Koh Phangan is often referred to as Crystal Island within local spiritual communities and among people who have lived and worked with the land for many years.

According to long-standing local narratives, the island is said to lie on a natural crystalline structure within the earth. This structure is described as a living energetic field that can be activated, charged, and interacted with ritual and through conscious work with the land.

These teachings circulate primarily among long-term residents, land workers, and practitioners who have dedicated years to living on the island and studying it´s energetic qualities.

Many people report that processes of change intensify on Koh Phangan. Themes that have been held unconsciously often surface more quickly, and inner processes tend to accelerate. For this reason, the island has become a place where people come for deeper transformation and magical, breathtaking experiences that are beyond words.

THE 3 MAIN PRACTICE

1. Sunrise Kundalini Yoga Sadhana

Each morning begins with a sunrise Kundalini Yoga sadhana, open to all participants.

Accompanied by the first light of day, the sadhana becomes a inner journey of exploration of consciousness and the soul. Kundalini Yoga, chanting, breathwork, and meditation guide the soul into deep remembrance.

2. Group Systemic & Family Constellation Work

We explore personal and ancestral roots through systemic and constellation-based work within the group field. This shared process allows deeper layers of individual and collective patterns to become visible, offering insight, movement, and integration beyond the personal story.

Through this collective exploration, a deeper understanding of oneself emerges alongside a strengthened sense of connection and belonging in life.

3. Ceremonies & Body Connection

Shared meals, creative expression, chanting, dancing, and guided movement mark meaningful moments throughout the retreat week. Women come together through rituals, crafting, singing, and embodied practices that connect the body with the land, nature, the senses, and a lived experience of beauty and being a woman.

FOR WHOM THIS RETREAT IS

This retreat is for the woman who feels drawn to spiritual practice and inner exploration, whether she is stepping into this path for the first time or has been practicing for years.

It is for women who value practicing together in community, who are willing to arrive with an undefended heart, and who are open to being seen, supported, and reflected within a group.

The Crystal Island Retreat offers a safe and clearly held container, with structure and guidance throughout the week. Within this structure, there is space for curiosity, self-reflection, joy, grief, laughter, dance, deep conversations, and shared moments that often become unforgettable.

This is a retreat for inner transformation, self-realization and a soul rebirth.

DAILY RHYTHM, GROUP ENERGY & FLOW

Each morning begins with a sunrise Kundalini Yoga sadhana for the aquarian age, which serves as a daily anchor for the retreat. Held under the open yoga shala with the first lights of the sun and the sound of the birds. Participation in the morning sadhana is voluntary. Those who wish to sleep longer on certain days are welcome to do so.

After the morning practice, the day unfolds through shared meals, creative rituals & ceremonies, workshops, group family constellation work, integration time, and space to rest.

Afternoons remain intentionally spacious, allowing the experiences to settle naturally and to connect with each other.

All retreat practices take place during the retreat week. By joining the Crystal Island Retreat, participants agree to engage openly with an undefended heart in the retreat process and to take part in all practices.

This shared commitment creates a strong, safe, and supportive group field, allowing depth, connection, joy, laughter, and trust to grow over the course of the week.

Island Guests

One of the special qualities of our Retreat is that there are always elements not announced in advance.

We intentionally invite surprise guests and sessions that are revealed during the retreat week, offering participants unexpected moments of inspiration and depth.

TRAVEL INFORMATION

We would like to make your journey to the Crystal Island Retreat as easy and smooth as possible. For this reason, we are already sharing some initial travel information with you here.

After your successful application and confirmation, you will receive detailed guidance from us, including everything you need to know about your arrival, the island, and practical travel details. We will also be in direct exchange with you, so you do not need to worry about organizing anything alone.

ARRIVING IN THAILAND & KOH PHANGAN

Most participants travel to Koh Phangan via Bangkok, which is well connected with international flights from Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Australia, and the Americas.

From Bangkok, there are 2 common ways to continue the journey:

  • Domestic flight to Koh Samui, followed by a short ferry transfer to Koh Phangan
  • Domestic flight or train to Surat Thani, followed by bus and ferry to Koh Phangan

Both routes are well established and easy to organize. Thailand is highly experienced in welcoming international travelers, and moving through the country is generally smooth, safe, and well supported.

TRANSFERS ON KOH PHANGAN

Transfers from the pier on Koh Phangan to the retreat venue can be arranged by our team for a small additional fee.

For participants arriving around the same time, we organize group transfers, so no one needs to worry about transportation upon arrival. Simply let us know your arrival details in advance.

VISAS & ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

For most nationalities, a visa-free tourist entry on arrival to Thailand is uncomplicated, and the country is known for its straightforward and welcoming entry process. Thailand has a long history of hosting travelers from all over the world, and support is easily available when needed.

Still: Visa requirements depend on your nationality. We kindly ask each participant to inform themselves about the current visa regulations for Thailand based on their passport and to organize a visa or tourist-visa in advance, if needed.

ARRIVAL, DEPARTURE & EXTENDED STAY

The Crystal Island Retreat begins on Wednesday, 9 September 2026, with a shared dinner at 18:00 pm.

Official arrival at the retreat space is from 16:00 pm onwards, allowing time to settle into the rooms, arrive calmly, and transition into the retreat setting before the opening evening.

Departure is on Wednesday, 16 September 2026, after the final morning sadhana and a shared brunch. Rooms are to be vacated by 11:00 am.

It is possible to book an additional night before the retreat in our venue upon request, allowing for earlier arrival and a more spacious transition into the retreat week.

Participants who wish to extend their stay on Koh Phangan beyond the retreat are welcome to do so independently. Accommodation on the island can easily be booked through common booking platforms. Koh Phangan is a small island, and most locations can be reached within approximately 20 minutes by scooter.

COMMUNITY & CONNECTION

Being part of the Crystal Island Retreat also means being connected within a shared group field.

Shortly before the retreat begins, we create a private WhatsApp group for all confirmed participants. This group supports connection, coordination, and a sense of safety and excitement, before and during the retreat.

The group serves as a space to:

  • share arrival times and transfer details
  • ask practical questions
  • stay informed and supported
  • begin connecting with the other women joining the retreat

During the retreat week, the group supports orientation, clarity, and a feeling of being held within the community. It allows participants to move through the retreat with ease, knowing that support, guidance, and connection are at any time available.

Community is an essential part of this retreat. It creates safety, trust, and a shared rhythm, allowing each woman to feel seen, supported, and accompanied throughout the rebirth journey.

APPLICATION & COMMITMENT

The Crystal Island Retreat is held within a limited and carefully curated group.

Participation requires a genuine willingness to engage in the retreat process, to be present within the group, and to take part in the practices offered throughout the week.

For this reason, participation is possible through a personal application process.

After submitting your application, you will be invited to a short personal conversation over Zoom. This allows space to connect, clarify questions, finding the right room and ensure that the retreat is the right environment for you at this moment.

Different room options and price categories for the rooms are shared personally during the application and conversation.

As a team, we ensure that the retreat offers a safe, protected, and loving container, supporting each women in exactly the way they need for this journey.

The retreat unfolds within a safe, protected, and loving container, guided by experienced facilitators and supported by the land, the sea, and the mystical rhythm of the island.

If you feel drawn to this journey, we invite you to apply and show your interest early and begin the conversation with us. We look forward to meeting you and walking this week together.
