Complete your registration After booking, you will be redirected to a confirmation page where you can immediately access and copy your Zoom link.
Email reminder Twelve hours before the class begins, you will receive a separate reminder email with all details and the Zoom link once again.
Join the class Enter the Zoom room three to five minutes before the start to settle in. In some cases, the class may extend by five to ten minutes to close the session naturally.
Receive your recording The class recording will be sent by email after the session and is available for one week.
Includes 10 consecutive live classes with recordings.
The pass begins with the first scheduled class after purchase.
Classes are not freely selectable, as recordings of all following sessions will be sent from that date onward – including for those who do not attend live. (Currently not available)
