The live online classes of KIJU YOGA are a weekly space to realign body, mind, and soul.
Each session combines asanas, pranayama, mantras, and meditation in the tradition of Kundalini Yoga (Kriyas), guiding you back into presence and vitality for the day ahead.

The classes take place in real time and can be joined from anywhere in the world. They are taught in English and designed for all levels, both beginners and experienced practitioners.

Every practice follows a clear energetic focus and closes with relaxation and integration.

The classes take place live on Zoom, with professional audio and video transmission. Music and sound instruments such as harmonium and meditation bowls create an experience that can be felt directly through the speakers or headphones. For best sound quality, the use of headphones is recommended.

It is recommended to join the session 3 to 5 minutes before the start time to settle in.
Occasionally, classes may extend by 5 to 10 minutes to allow the practice to close naturally, if needed.

Thursday – The Day of Expansion

Thursday is traditionally connected to the Planet Jupiter, symbolizing wisdom, growth and abundance. Each class reflects this frequency, guiding students into an expanded state of consciousness and inner stability. Through the different kriyas, the body and nervous system are gently balanced, creating a sense of spaciousness and calm focus.

What Makes These Classes Unique

The Thursday classes create the atmosphere of a live group practice that can be experienced from anywhere in the world. Asana, Pranayama and Mantra form the foundation of each session, establishing connection beyond physical distance. Every class carries a new theme aligned with the energy of the current time.
Recordings are available for one week after each class, allowing participants to repeat or catch up in their own rhythm.

Single Live Class - 33 €

Includes one live class and the recording for one week.

You can purchase the classes for 22,20 € through the 10-class-pass.

Preparation

No specific setup is required. A quiet environment and a comfortable surface to sit or lie on are sufficient. Headphones are recommended to experience the sound and live instruments clearly.
