10 Golden Mornings

The 10 Golden Mornings course is an on-demand Kundalini Yoga program online recorded live with the KIJU YOGA Teacher Training group in Germany over Zoom. The sessions were filmed in a real studio setting from the teacher training studio and carry the natural energy and depth of live practice from the studio into the homes of the teacher training students.
